Try out Preetha's home made, lip smacking recipe and tell us what you think!Ingredients:Moong dal- ½ cupChana dal- ¼ cupCardamom – 3 to 4 crushedPowdered sugar- ½ to ¾ cupGhee- 1/3 cup1/3 cup grated coconut/ khopraAlmonds/Raisins/Cashews- 2 tbsp, choppedEdible camphor/ Paccha Kalpooram- a pinchMethod:1. Dry roast the dals till they get pinkish colour.2. Soak the roasted dals in water for half an hour.3. Remove the excess water and grind the dals into a paste.4. In a wok sauté the dry fruits in little ghee until they change colour. Remove and keep aside5. Add ghee into a wok and cook the grinded paste into the ghee.6. Once the dal is cooked add grated dried coconut, powdered sugar, cardamom powder and edible camphor.7.
