TURMERIC BAKED POTATO WEDGES AND GUACAMOLE

PREPTIME: 10 MINUTES
COOK TIME: 25 MINUTES
SERVES: 2

INGREDIENTS
5 large Irish potatoes
50g melted butter
2 tbsp turmeric
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp garlic salt

For Guacamole
1 large avocado
1 medium tomato, diced.
1 medium onion, diced.
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
Spring onion
Salt

DIRECTION
- Pre heat oven at 180c.
- Slice potatoes into strips and pour into a bowl.
- Add melted butter, turmeric, paprika, black pepper, garlic salt and mix to coat the potatoes.
- Pour onto a baking pan and bake for 20 minutes.

For Guacamole
- Mash avocado, add tomato, onion, black pepper, lemon juice, salt and mix together.
- Sprinkle with spring onion.
- Guacamole dip is ready.
- Baked potatoes and guacamole is ready to serve.
