Cover boneless mutton piece with cling sheet and ham it to make it thin and even. Sprinkle salt and black pepper evenly on whole boneless piece. Roll this mutton piece in a cylinder shape, wrap it tightly in cling flip and marinate it for 7 to 8 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. In a bowl mix onion paste, oil, red chili powder, turmeric, salt, cumin powder, garam masala powder and coriander. With a sharp knife cut it in mini roll shapes and thread these rolls on steel skewers.Now drizzle prepared mixture on top and set aside for 25 to 30 minutes.
