Today's special is Turai ki Sabji with no Onion no Garlic

Ingredients:

200 gms - Turai peeled and diced
1/2 bowl- Soaked Moong Dal
2 Green chillis Splits
1/2 tspoon - Asafoetida ( Hing)
1/2 tspoon - Turmeric Powerder ( Haldi)
1/2 tspoon - Garam Masala( optional)
1/2 tspoon - Lemon Juice
1 tspoon - Coriander Powder( Dhaniya Powder)
2 tbspoon - Oil
2 tbspoon - Grated Coconut
Salt to taste.
