Turai Chutney Sponge gourd skin 1 cup o Oil 2 tablespoonso Onion chopped 1 mediumo Green chillies 2o Salt to tasteo Roasted chana dal (dalia) 2 tablespoonso Tamarind pulp 1 teaspoono coriander powder 1/2 tbspo Red chilli powder 1 tsp o For tempering o Oil 1 tbsp o Mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoono Curry leaves 7-8Method:- a. Heat oil in a pan add in the Green chilli, chopped onion and sauté well.b. Add in the sponge gourd peel and sauté well.c. Add in roasted chana dal, red chilli, and coriander powder, salt and mix well.d. Add in water and cook until the peel is soft.e. Now add in tamarind pulp and mix well.f. Grind it into fine paste, remove it in a bowl and keep aside.g. Heat oil in a pan adds in mustard seeds, curry leaves and sauté.h. Now add this mixture on the chutney and mix well.i.
