Tuna Poke and Market Fish Ceviche

Mike is back in LA and he's going to let us learn how he makes a couple of special dishes in his own restaurant. He shares the secret to his famous poke and explains what you need to know about making ceviche.

Get the Recipe:
6oz Halibut Diced
Juice of one grapefruit
Juice of one orange
Juice of one lime
Juice of one blood orange
1 teaspoon chopped Jalapeno
- teaspoon Jalapeno
Tabasco sauce
cup diced fennel
red onion diced
2-3 strawberries diced
2-3 tablespoons chopped cilantro (including stems)
1 tsp chopped garlic
salt
