Presenting an all-new exciting flavour of your favourite paneer recipe with tulsi & basil leaves, grilled to perfection!TULSI PANEER TIKKAIngredients400 grams cottage cheese (paneer)¼ cup holy basil (tulsi) leaves½ cup basil leaves3-4 garlic cloves2-3 green chillies2 tsps lemon juiceSalt to taste½ cup thick yogurt1 tbsp olive oil¼ tsp Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder2 tbsps roasted gram flour1 medium yellow capsicum, seeded and cut into 1 inch pieces1 medium red capsicum, seeded and cut into 1 inch piecesYogurt-garlic dip for servingOnion rings for servingLemon wedge for servingMint sprig for servingMethod1. Transfer holy basil leaves, basil leaves, garlic, green chillies, lemon juice and salt in a blender jar. Add ¼ cup water and grind to fine paste.2. Cut cottage cheese into 1 inch cubes.3. Transfer yogurt in a bowl. Add the ground paste, olive oil, Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder, roasted gram flour and whisk well.4. Add cottage cheese cubes, yellow capsicum, red capsicum and mix lightly. Set aside to marinate for 30 minutes.5. Thread alternate layers of capsicum and cottage cheese on wooden skewers.6. Heat oil in a nonstick grill pan. Place the prepared skewers and grill on 2 minutes on each side on medium heat.7.
