TULIP CHICKEN The Japanese Chicken basket for Christmas (EP250)

Today I want to share with you TULIP CHICKEN, the Japanese Chicken Basket for Christmas.

When we say chicken basket, fried chicken and french fries are arranged in one basket.

Chicken tulip was so popular when I was little; looks cute and easy to eat. I remember eating at my friend's birthday parties. But my son doesn't know it!

The bone is meant to look like the stem, and the rolled meat a tulip flower.

Don't you think this is good for holidays?

9 Chicken wing (500g)
1/2 ts salt
1 tablespoon potato starch (or corn starch)
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

1 large russet potato

lemon, herb salt to the taste
