Sugar1 tsp. Salt2 tbsp. OilSoak 15 minutes coveredSaffron - White - GreenDivide batter into 3 bowlsAdd:3 tbsp. Carrot puree1 tbsp. Water3 tbsp. Spinach pureeRespectively¼ tsp. Soda bicarb in each batterFor the tempering:-2 tbsp. Peanut Oil1 tsp. Mustard Seeds1 Pinch Asafoetida1 sprig Curry Leaves1 slit Green ChilliMethod:-- In a bowl add semolina, yoghurt, sugar, salt, oil and mix well.- Keep aside for 15 minutes and then add water and whisk nicely.- Divide into 3 portions and to the first part add carrot puree, baking soda and pour into a greased cake tin.- Keep the tin in the steamer and cook for 10 minutes on a low flame.
