In a bowl add eggs yolks, powdered sugar, vanilla essence, milk and whisk them well.2. In a pot heat 3 cups of Nurpur Full Cream Milk, Nurpur Dairy Cream, sugar and cook until it starts to simmer.3. Add this milk mixture into the prepared egg mixture. Add gradually while stirring continuously.4. Add this milk and egg mixture into a deep pan and cook until it thickens in consistency. Your custard is ready. sSet aside and let it cool at room temperature.5. Now pour this custard into a bowl and add whipped cream. Mix it well. Your Creamy Custard Filing is ready.
