Chapli Kabab melts

Ingredients of tortilla:
2 cups All-purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
3/4 cup Water
2 tbsp Olive oil

Ingredients of filling:
6 K&N’s Chapli kabab
Mozzarella shredded (as required)
1 cup Creamy cheese sauce
1 tbsp Black Olives (chopped)
1 tbsp Jalapenos (chopped)

Ingredients of creamy cheese sauce:
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Flour
1 ½ cup Milk
1/4 tsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp White pepper
Salt to taste
1 ¼ cup Cheddar cheese (grated)
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions of tortilla:
In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Stir in water and oil.
Turn onto a floured surface; knead 10-12 times, adding a little flour or water if needed to achieve a smooth dough.
Let rest for 10 minutes. Divide dough into eight portions.
On a lightly floured surface, roll each portion into a circle.
Grease a flat pan with oil, cook tortillas over medium heat for 1 minute on each side or until lightly browned.

Directions of creamy cheese sauce:
In a saucepan melt butter, add flour and cook it for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add milk gradually and keep on whisking to keep it smooth.
Add salt, onion powder and white pepper and mix well.
Cook over medium low flame, whisking continuously until slightly thick.
Remove from heat, add cheese and stir until cheese melt.

Directions of assembling:
Prepare K&N’s Chapli kabab as per the instructions on the pack.
Take tortilla spread creamy cheese sauce evenly.
Place two K&N’s Chapli kabab on one side, top it with olives, jalapeno, mozzarella slice and close it.
Grease a grill pan with butter, toast tortillas on it until cheese melts.
Serve hot with garlic mayo dipping.
