2 tsp Oil
Water
2 tsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1/2 tsp of Asafoetida
6-7 curry leaves
2 tsp Ginger, Garlic, Chili Paste
4-5 boiled and mashed potatoes
Salt
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Lime Juice
Fresh Coriander
Oil For Frying
2 tsp Oil
4-5 Garlic Cloves
6-7 Red Dried Chilis
Some Peanuts
Dried Coconut
Pav

Dabeli:
Dry red chillies
Some Fennel Seeds
One Cinnamon Stick
3-4 Cloves
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
2 tsp Coriander Seeds
2-3 tsp Oil
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
A pinch of Asafoetida
Some finely chopped ginger
1-2 finely chopped green chilies
Turmeric Powder
4-5 boiled and mashed potatoes
Salt
Some Lemon juice
2 tsp Sugar
½ cup of Water
Fresh Coriander
Pav
Butter
Lehsun Chutney
Imli Chutney
Grated Coconut
Chopped Onions
Fresh Coriander
Masala Peanuts
Pomegranate
Nylon Sev

Masala Pav:
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1-2 finely chopped Green Chilies
1 Onion finely chopped
1 capsicum finely chopped
1-2 Tomatoes finely chopped
Salt
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala
Lemon Juice
Fresh Coriander
Pav

Tava Burger:
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
2-3 finely chopped Green Chilies
Some finely chopped Garlic
1 Onion finely chopped
½ capsicum roughly chopped
½ carrot roughly chopped
2 Tomatoes roughly chopped
1 boiled Potato cut in cubes
Salt
50gms Paneer cubes
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
½ tsp Chaat Masala
2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
2 tsp Red Chili Sauce
1 tbsp Schezwan Sauce
½ cup grated cheese
Butter
