Dry roast toor dal in a hot pan until it turns red in color and let it cool down. 2. Heat oil in a pan add dry red chilli, coriander seeds, cumin seeds saute it for a minute then add fenugreek seeds, tamarind, hing, curry leaves. After all these ingredients are slightly roasted put them in the toor dal plate and let it cool down. 3. In a blender add all the ingredients make it into a coarse powder by adding salt. 4.
