In pressure Cooker it is easy to make you can make it in few whistles.Ingredient QuantityButter 2 tbspBay leaf 1 no.Cloves 4-5 no.Black peppercorn 1 tspGarlic Cloves 6-8 no.Ginger grated 1 tspOnion cut into cube 1 no. (Small)Tomato roughly Cut 6 no.Gram flour 2 tbspSalt to tasteBlack pepper powder 1 tspCoriander Stem ½ no. bunch (Small) Water 1 cupMethod:1. Heat butter in a pressure cooker, add bay leaf, cloves, black peppercorn, Garlic cloves, ginger grated, onion cubes and mix well.2. Add gram flour, black pepper powder and salt, mix well and sauté for 3-4 min.3. Add tomatoes, coriander stem, water, mix well. 4. Lock the lid onto the pressure cooker and cook for 2-3 whistles.5. Switch off the flame, allow pressure to release naturally, then uncover.6. Blend the mixture to puree.7. Strain the puree in a mixing bowl. 8.
