Onion Tomato GravyIngredients:Onions (Chopped) - 300gTomatoes (Chopped) - 300gGinger Garlic Paste - 1 tb spnTurmeric Powder - 1 tspChilli Powder - 2 tb spnCoriander Powder - 2 tb spnCumin Powder - 1 tb spnGaram masala - 1 tb spnCashew nut powder - 2 tspTomato Puree - ½ cupOil - As RequiredSalt - To TasteMethod:Heat some oil in a pan, add onions,some salt and saute it for sometime. Now add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder,chilli powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,garam masala powder and some cashew powder. Then add tomatoes, tomato puree and some water , also adjust salt and cook for 15 minutes closed.Chettinad Egg MasalaIngredients:Pepper - 1 tspFennel - 1 tspByagdi Chillies - 3Whole Garam Masala - 1 tspPoppy seeds - 1 tspCurry leaves - 1 stringCoconut powder - 2 tspMustard seeds - 1 tspRed chillies - 2Garlic(crushed) - 1 tspCurry leaves - 1 stringOil - As RequiredSalt - To TasteMethod:Firstly for chettinad masala in a pan add pepper,fennel,byagdi chillies,whole garam masala,poppy seeds,curry leaves,coconut powder and dry roast them till they turn brown in colour. Let it cool down and grind it into fine powder and keep aside.Now in a pan add little amount of oil , mustard seeds,red chillies,garlic,curry leaves and tomato gravy. Saute it for a minute and add grounded chettinad masala and some water,also adjust salt. In the last add eggs and chopped coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
