Ingredients:
Tomato (टमाटर), Quartered – 2.5kg
Onion (प्याज), Diced – ½ pc
Ginger (अदरक), Diced – 2 small knobs
Garlic (लहसुन) – 10 cloves
Dry Red Chilli (सुखी लाल मिर्च) – 7-8pc
Clove (लौंग) – 4 pc
Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च) – 5 gm
Mustard Seeds (सरसों के बीज ) – ½ tbsp
Vinegar (सिरका) – ½ cup

Salt (नमक) – 13gm
Sugar (चीनी) – 150gm
