Heat oil in a pan.2. Add cumin seeds, aniseeds, onion seeds, mustard seeds and methi Dana, stir well and sauté till its splutters.3. Add chopped ginger and mix well.4. Add chopped tomatoes, mix well and cook for 3-4 min. or till tomatoes become pulpy.5. Add salt, red chilli powder, black powder and jaggery, mix well and cook till jaggery melts.6. Remove in serving bowl and serve hot.
