Baking Time: 5 to 7 minutes. 8 slices French breadOlive oil for brushingTo be mixed into a topping½ cup deseeded and chopped tomatoes½ cup paneer (cottage cheese) cubes2 tbsp finely chopped basil leaves½ tsp dried mixed herbs2 tbsp olive oilSalt and freshly black ground pepper (kalimirch) to taste1. Divide the topping into 8 equal portions and keep aside. 2. Arrange the bread slices on a baking tray and brush each slice with little olive oil. 3. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 5 to 7 minutes.4. Place a portion of the topping mixture on each toasted French bread slice. Serve immediately.
