TOFU AND GREEN PEAS IN SOFT COOKED EGG| EASY & HEALTHY JAPANESE Weeknight Dinner | Kitchen Princess Bamboo

Today I'm going to be making TOFU AND GREEN PEAS IN SOFT COOKED EGG.

(You can do it WITHOUT green peas if you want it more simple! )

It's my favorite easy side dish, full of flavor, and easy to make easy with no knife and cutting board.

1oog green peas
150g firm Tofu
1 large egg
100ml water
1/2 teaspoon dashi powder
1 tablespoon Mirin
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon sugar
