INGREDIENTS
1. Wheat Flour - 2 Cups
2. Tomato Paste - Of 3 Medium Sized Tomatoes
3. Coriander Leaves - 1/2 Cup
4. Chilli Powder - 1 Teaspoon
5. Salt - 1 Teaspoon
6. Sesame Seeds - 2 Teaspoons
7. Ajowan Seeds - 1/2 Teaspoon
8. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 Teaspoon
9. Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Teaspoon

To a mixing bowl, add wheat flour. Add 1 teaspoon salt or salt to taste, 1 teaspoon chilli powder, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 2-3 teaspoon sesame seeds, 1/2 teaspoon crushed ajowan seeds, 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves and mix.
Add tomato paste and knead it into a dough. Only add water if the paste is not sufficient to knead the dough.
Add 1 teaspoon oil and mix.
Knead and let it sit for 15-20 minutes.
Take a small part of the dough and roll it into a ball.
Press into a small poori
Heat oil for deep fry
Fry the pooris one by one
Flip after one side is cooked
Serve hot.
These pooris could be used as a breakfast item, lunch box recipe or even as snacks.
