I'm testing out a #Japanese #gadget that prepares an #egg for #TKG or Tamago Kake Gohan, a simple dish of white rice and raw egg. The machine will crack the egg, separate the yolk from the white, and then whip the egg whites into a frothy cloud of meringue. YES!! I'm dying to test this one out.
