Ingredients

Maida 1 cup (240.ml)
Wheat flour (atta ) 2 Tbsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil 2 Tsp
Water for kneading

For filling

Potato (m size) 3 no
Onion (m size) 2 no
Ginger 1inch piece
Green chilli 2-3 no.s
Cumin seeds - 1 Tsp
Chilly powder 1 Tsp
Turmeric powder 1 pinch
Garam masala 1 Tsp
Chaat masala for sprinkling
Salt to taste
