I love all kinds of noodles and this Thai noodles is one of my favorites! This is so simple, easy to make and very delicious!! You've got to try this recipe!!! Please enjoy my version of "Drunken Noodles" which is "Tipsy Noodles"!! XOXO~!!!

Ingredients
8 oz. 10 mm rice sticks
12 Jumbo Shrimps
1 clove garlic, chopped
5 dried chilies, thinly sliced
1/2 lime zest and juice
2 Tablespoons rice wine
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 Tablespoons peanut oil
4 cloves garlic, chopped
Thumb size ginger, chopped
1/2 large size onion, 1/4" sliced
2 medium size green onions, chopped (separate white and green part)
1 Tablespoon fish sauce
1 Tablespoon plum sauce
3 oz. snow peas, blanched
Big handful of bean sprouts
cilantro
lime wedges

Directions
1. Soak noodles in warm water for 20 minutes or according to the package direction. Drain and set aside.
2. Combine shrimp and next 6 ingredients in a small bowl; mix well and set aside.
3. Heat oil in a wok over high heat; add garlic, ginger, onion and only white part of green onion. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
4. Add shrimp mixture and stir-fry 1 minute.
5. Add noodles, fish sauce and plum sauce, stir-fry 2 minutes or until noodles softened. Remove from heat.
6. Stir in snow peas, bean sprouts and green part of green onion.
7. Transfer to a serve dish, sprinkle with cilantro and serve with a lime wedge.
