Ingredients I happened to have in my fridge:

2 cups brown rice
handful of asparagus
2 heads of broccoli
2 cans black beans
1 onion
3 bell peppers
1/2 pound green beans
1 lemon
3/4 cup raw almonds
16 oz chickpea pasta
1/2 cup peanut butter
5 tbsp sesame oil
5 tbsp coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp honey (or whatever sweetener)
some squash (not even sure what those little squash things were called!)
marinara sauce
handfuls of spinach
