Til ka halwaIngredients quantitySeasame seed(soaked) ½ cupWater 1 ½ cupjaggery 1 cupGhee ½ cupCardamom powder 1 tspKhoya ½ cupAlmonds (chopped) 2 tspMethod :1. Take a bowl and soak seasame seed over night .2. Grind the soaked seasame seeds into smooth paste . Keep it aside.3. In a pan , bring water to boil , add jaggery and cook it until it gets syrup consistency ,keep it aside .4. In a thick bottom kadhai , add ghee and seasame seed paste and cook it on a mediumheat for 20 mins , stir continuously to avoid lumps .5. Cook it until its golden brownish in color .6. Add jaggery syrup and cook mixture for about 15 mins .7. Cook it until it gets thick and get the consistency of halwa .8. Add cardamom powder , almond ,khoya , and mix it well .9. Once the mixture turns thick off the flame10. Transfer it into serving plate , garnish with almonds , and let it cool11. serve it .
