Ingredients for Til-Gud Ladoo
Sesame Seeds - तिल - 1 Cup (140 grams)
Jaggery - गुड़ - 1 Cup (250 grams)
Desi Ghee - घी - 1/2 cup (100 grams)
Gram Flour - बेसन - 1 Cup (125 grams)
Cardamom Powder - इलाइची पाउडर - 1/2 tsp

How to prepare Til-magad ladoos?
1. Dry roast 1 cup of sesame till puff up and change color.
2. Melt 6 tbsp of ghee in the Kadai and add 1 cup besan to it.
3. Roast the besan over the low-medium flame for 12 minutes.
4. Add 1 cup dashed jaggery, 2 tbsp of water to the Kadai and prepare the syrup.
5. Once the jaggery melts and you can see foams in it, check the syrup.
6. Add a few drops of syrup in the water, and if it turns solid and crunchy, that means our syrup is ready.
7. Mix jaggery and besan well and add roasted sesame.
8. Once the mixture cools down and turns hard, grind it in the mixer and take the powder out in a bowl.
9. Add roasted sesame, 6-7 coarsely crushed cardamom, and mix well.
10. Bind the ladoos as you please, and til-magad ladoos are ready to be served.
