The Walking Dead Chocolate Brains

The Walking Dead Season 4 premiere: Sunday, October 13th!
This means a very excited Squishy Monster!

Ingredients:
6 oz pink chocolate
Red jelly (or any filling of your choice)
Brain mold

Instructions:
Melt the chocolate over a double boiler (or in the microwave in 10-20 second intervals). Stir until smooth/melted.
Spread a thick layer of melted chocolate on the bottom of the mold. Chill to set (mine took 15 minutes in the freezer).
Spoon in your filling.
Top with the rest of the melted chocolate (rap the mold against a flat surface to release any air bubbles and smooth the surface).
Chill to set and un mold.
