Quick Pickles

Ingredients

Cucumber
Salt
Sesame seeds
Rice Vinegar
Sesame Oil

- Thinly slice cucumber and place in strainer. Sprinkle with salt and sesame seeds. Drizzle with rice vinegar and sesame oil. Mix and let it drain. Then Refrigerate.

2 Ingredient Steak Marinade

Ingredients

Korean Gochujang Paste
Miso Paste
Water

- In a bowl combine Korean gochujang paste, miso paste and a splash of water. Coat steak in marinade. Coat pan in oil on high heat. Cook steak for 3-4 minutes, flip and cook for 1-2 minutes. Take it off heat and let it rest.

Sushi Rice (With leftover rice)

Ingredients

Rice Vinegar
Salt
Sugar
Water

- In a sauce pan heat up rice vinegar, salt, sugar, and water. Bring to a boil. Add leftover rice and mix. Put it into a bowl and let it cool.
