The Perfect Homemade Coleslaw

Coleslaw is a simple vegetable salad that comprises primarily of cabbage and carrots but one could add cucumber and even onions. It can be eaten by itself or as a side-dish with a delicacy like jollof rice. It is perfect for a hot Sunday afternoon!
Ingredients (Coleslaw): Green or Purple Cabbage, Carrots, Cucumber, Hard boiled eggs.
Ingredients (Salad dressing): 1 tbs of Sugar, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1 tbs of mustard, 1 cup of Mayonnaise, 1 tbs of White Vinegar.
