Breakfast Flatbread Recipe - Ingredients:1 cup all purpose flour (extra for kneading)1 tbsp vegetable oil1/2 tbsp pain yogurt1 tsp instant yeast1/2 tsp sugar1/2 tsp salt1 pinch baking powder1/4 cup milk or water1/2 avocado2 eggsChili sauceButterSteps:1. Activate the yeast in a bowl with warmed water and sugar.2. Mix all the dry ingredients and knead until getting the desired consistency.3. Let rest for at least half an hour.4. Use a rolling pin to shape the dough and cook them in a hot pan or cast iron skillet.5. When done, brush some ghee or butter on top and sprinkle with coriander.6. Slice the avocado in thin strips7. Make scrambled eggs in a low heated pan.8.
