As most of you know by now, I love me a good sandwich and the holidays bring about a whole new way of looking and preparing one that fits the season. INGREDIENTS:
Turkey Seasoning
2 large turkey breasts (Kroger)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup Simple Truth Maple syrup (Kroger)
3 tbsp dried oregano
3 tbsp chopped rosemary, sage, thyme
3 tbsp salt
3 tbsp ground fennel seeds
2 tbsp black pepper

Winter herb aioli:
4 tbsp mayo (Kroger cage free eggs)
1 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp chopped rosemary, thyme, sage
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
black pepper to taste

Romaine lettuce (Kroger)
Extra sharp cheddar cheese (Kroger)
Sourdough Bread (Kroger)
Sliced applewood bacon
