The Magnificent Gaziantep / Turkey Includes Soo Much Food!

This video is a short memory of my trip to the magnificent Gaziantep, Turkey. It is south-eastern Turkish city which originally is the homeland of delicious food including baklava, lahmacun, so many varieties of kebabs and so on. I hope you will like the video. :) If you do, for more, you can subscribe to my channel and give the video a thumb's up! :)

Lahmacun: is a pizza-like Turkish dish with minced meat, onion, peppers and other ingredients.

Ayran: is a traditional, salty, yogurt drink that is generally drunk with kebabs.

Dried chill: is dried chilli, as the name implies. It is minced and quite, quite hot. Generally preferred with kebabs.

Kleme: is made from a super soft, cotton-like part of lamb. Is grilled on coal flame.

Alinazik: is basically grilled lamb on a grilled eggplant salad with yogurt.

Simit kebab: is made from ground beef with pistachio.

Baklava: I do not think it needs any explanation. :)

Paa: is a kind of lamb trotter soup which is boiled with its own juice and fat. Served with so much chill. Hot as hell. :)
