The Fried Egg Omelette (sweet egg trick to separate egg yolk) | Pro Home Cooks

ingredients:
2 eggs
filling/toppings of your choice.

1. Separate the egg yolks using whatever method you like best. The method in the video works great although sometimes the eggs break. I also like using my hands.
2. In a non-stick pan over medium heat, add some oil and pour in the egg whites. Hit them with salt and pepper, let them cook for a minute or so and plop on the egg yolks.
3. Cover the pan, turn temp to low and cook for a minute. Once it has cooked through sprinkle on your toppings, fold over and you are done. Simple, delicious, runny, yes please.
