Ingredients:-
200 grams Coffee Powder
50 ml Water
150 grams Sugar
6 Egg Yolks
300 ml Cream
500 grams Mascarpone cheese
Readymade Vanilla Sponge
Rum

For Sugar Syrup
400 grams Water
400 ml Sugar

Method
For the syrup, boil water, sugar and coffee essence
Boil the sugar and water syrup to 118 degrees till a soft ball stage
Pour this mixture of over eggs while whisking until the mixture cools. (Approx 7-8 mins)
Add Mascarpone Cream
Add Whipping Cream
