Try out this Gondhoraj Lebu & Kashundi Prawns in Spinach Leaf from my #BongKitchen.Click here to subscribe to my channel- http://bit.ly/SubscribetoChefAnanyaBanerjee Ingredients:• 1 cup small prawns• 2- 3 green chilies, chopped• Handful of coriander leaves, chopped• 1 gondhoraj Lebu juice and zest• 1 tbsp Kashundi• 1 Onion, chopped• 1 tsp garlic minced• 1 tsp Ginger minced• 2 tsp Corn flour• Few spinach leaves, blanched• Salt to tasteMethod:1. In food processor add prawns, onion, chilies, coriander, ginger, garlic and mince it (don’t make a paste)2. Add gondhoraj lebu juice and zest, corn flour, kashundi and salt to taste, mix well.3. Make a small portion from the prawn mixture, place it on the spinach leaves, and cover it with leaves.4. Prepare the rest of the prawn and spinach mixtures.
