THE BEST TONKOTSU RAMEN | Japanese Ramen Noodles Recipe (EP251) | Kitchen Princess Bamboo

Today I want to share with you Tonkotsu Ramen!

It's a request from Sonny who is a great dad wants to make Ramen for his son!

I hope it's not too late for your son's birthday!

・Tonkotsu Ramen Soup (serves 3~4)
1 kg Tonkotsu (pork bones)
4L water
300g Vegetables (1 large carrot, 1/2 onion. 2 stalks of the green part of long green onion, 20g ginger, 3 garlic cloves.) ※any flagrant vegetables you have on your hand.

・Recipe Tare
10g Katsuobushi
1 piece Kombu Kelp
1 cup (240ml) light soy sauce ( or regular soy sauce)

・Wood ear mushroom
10g dried wood ear mushroom
1 teaspoon sesame oil
a pinch of salt

・Toppings
Cha-Shaw
Scallion
Beni-Shoga (red pickles ginger)
Ramen egg
