Steak. New York strip steak requires just steak, thyme, rosemary, garlic and butter. I will cook my New York Strip steak in two stages. I will sear my New York strip steak in the cast iron and finish New York strip steak in the oven. I love my steak to be medium rare, it will come out juicy, tender and delicious.#shorts
