The Best Ever FINANCIER Recipe | How to make Perfect Financier | Easy but Spectacular! | Kitchen Princess Bamboo

Today I'm going to be making financier.
These delicious little cakes are named after their shape and look like a Gold bar; it feels like rich and tastes rich!
You can use a traditional rectangular pan or round mold like mini muffin tins.
Interestingly, the texture is different from which mold you are using.
Let's start with browning the butter, which creates the signature aroma of this Cake!

150g (5.3 oz) powdered sugar
50g (1.8 oz) all-purpose flour
80g (2.8 oz) almond powder
※powdered almond
100g (3.5 oz)egg whites
140g (4.9 oz) unsalted butter
