Their one store in Tokyo is located inside Ikebukuro station, and commands long lines all day from the thousands of commuters, many of whom fall prey to the irresistible sweet scent of the freshly baked dough and custard cream.

The Choux Croissant was definitely the highlight of their offerings. Featured in this video, this completely new concept makes use of extremely thin choux fabric combined in a 3-layer weaved texture, resulting in a uniquely light and crispy outer shell. An extra crunch is created from a light coating of caramelized sugar, which is a bit charred to provide it with a mature, depth of flavor. Inside, the perfect amount of smooth custard cream would awaits your first bite.
