Thandai | How To Make Thandaai | Holi Special | Simply Jain

Thandai is a popular Rajasthani drink had during Indian festivals like Holi & Maha Shivratri. It is full of nutritious dry fruits extremely healthy. Easy Indian summer drink that will fill your stomach and make you feel refreshed.

Ingredients required are:
1) Powder:
1 tsp Cinnamon powder
1 tsp Green cardamom powder
1 tsp Black pepper
3-4 Dried rose petal leaves
2) Paste:
3 tsp Pistachio
20-25 Almonds (blanched & soaked)
20-25 Cashew nuts
2 tbsp Melon seeds
Milk as required
3) Thandaai drink
1/2-1 litre Milk
2-3 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Saffron soaked in water
Paste
Powder
Refrigerate for 1 hour and garnish it with Rose petals and saffron.
