They make all sorts of delicious sweet and spicy rotis fresh to order and all of the ones I tried were delicious. Thai roti is often filled with savory fillings or egg and the sweet ones with fruit or other sweet ingredients and then drenched in condensed milk and sugar. The prices vary from 10 to 40 baht depending on where you get it from and the fillings. Even watching it being made is a pleasure.The roti dough is expertly slapped into the flat roti shape ready for the hot plate. It is then dropped onto the well-oiled plate and usually extra butter is added. The roti cooks very quickly, about 1 to 2 minutes. Thai roti is slightly different to a traditional Indian roti, but they are equally delicious. Do try the rotis in Thailand, they are absolutely delicious, and you can find them as both a restaurant food and as a Thai street food.Thai Street Food is delicious and there is so much variety of street food in Thailand ... its a must to try if youre on holidays in Thailand.
