Thai Massaman chicken curry

Its best if you can make Massaman Curry Paste yourself (see recipe http://www.brasswok.com/massaman-curry-paste/) but if you have to buy it, take care when you season your curry. As ready made pastes usually contain higher quantity of salt to help preserve them so you dont want to overly salt your curry with fish sauce according to the recipe.
