CHEESE SPRING ROLLS RECIPEThanks to my friend Wiyada, who recommend cheese spring rolls to my family saying her kids love it!The original deep-fried spring rolls you find in Thailand, we dont add cheese but we normally have mixed vegetables, vermicelli noodle, and some cooked meat.The key is to keep the filling as dry as possible to avoid hot oil and water explosion so my version is a little different. I only use stock powder (NO MSG) and curry powder as a seasoning.
