Thai Food Cooking Tutorial : Yum Ta Krai (Spicy Lemongrass Salad with Cashew nuts)

A healthy Thai Food - this Spcy Lemongrass Salad with fresh Cashew Nuts - Yum Ta Krai, is one of my favorite Thai recipes! As with many of the same 'Yum' recipes, the taste is sour and spicy.

There are two ways to make this Thai salad, one is with meat and the other is without meat but using dry shrimp. We usually eat with fresh betel leaves too - it's so delicious!

Main ingredient is lemongrass of course. it is good for our stomach and helps reduce uric acid, cholesterol, excess fat etc. Here's the printable version of this recipe so you won't have to write everything down.

The taste is just like how we eat in Thailand. if you like the stronger taste, just add 1 tbsp more of fish sauce and lime juice. If not, this recipe is already great! :)
