Awesome Thai Food: Thai BBQ at Our Place. Cooking & Eating Thai Food in Thailand VlogThis is a recent Thai dinner my family and I shared with our friends family at home in Krabi Thailand. We do barbecues like this whenever we can get together and the food is always delicious! The Thai food we had in the video was Thai-style pork ribs and tilapia fish, prawns, sea snails, som tam (papaya salad), Thai fried rice and I also made Chinese-style hoi sin pork ribs. Check out my channel for lots more Thai barbeque videos and videos of life in Thailand!Heres the recipe for the Hoisin Pork Ribs:- 2 garlic cloves, crushed and diced- 1/3 cup hoisin sauce- 2 tablespoons soy sauce- 2 tablespoons sugar (any sugar is fine, white, brown, raw)- 1 teaspoon Chinese five spice - 1kg pork spare ribs1. Combine garlic, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sugar and five spice in a large bowl and mix well. 2. Separate pork ribs and add to bowl. Mix to coat. 3. Allow it to sit for 30 minutes of longer.4.
