Ingredients for dough:
1/2 kg All-purpose flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Yeast
1 tsp Sugar
2 tbsp Oil
Warm water for kneading
Ingredients for tax max seasoning:
2 tbsp Chili powder
1 tbsp Paprika
1 tbsp Oregano
1 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
Ingredients for chicken:
1 tbsp Oil
1/2 kg Chicken mince
2 tbsp Tax max seasoning
Ingredients for toppings:
Pizza sauce (as required)
Mushrooms slices (as required)
Capsicum chopped (as required)
Sweet corn (as required)
Olives (as required)
Jalapenos (as required)
Pineapple chunks (as required)
Mozzarella cheese (as required)
Cheddar cheese (as required)
Oregano for sprinkle
Chili flakes for sprinkle
Directions for dough:
Take a bowl add flour, salt, yeast, sugar and oil.
Knead with lukewarm water until your dough is completely done.
Cover with cling film and rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
Note: Thin crust pizza dough doesn’t need to proof much.
Directions for seasoning:
In a bowl add chili powder, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, salt and black pepper.
Your tax max seasoning is ready.
Direction for chicken:
In a bowl add chicken mince and tax max seasoning. Mix it well.
In a pan heat oil, cook chicken mince on medium low flame for 8 to 10 minutes.
Assembling for tex mex pizza:
Take 125 gram dough ball for 10 inch pizza.
Grease your pan, roll your dough out and spread on pan.
Prick it with help of a fork, then spread pizza sauce, prepared mince and mozzarella.
Then top it with cheddar cheese, mushroom, capsicum, sweet corn, olives, jalapeno and pineapple chunks.
Sprinkle oregano and red chilli flakes on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 250 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
Your tax max thin crust pizza is ready to serve.
Preparation time: 15-20 minutes
Cooking time: 35-40 minutes
