Teriyaki Sausage Cheese Toast
Serves 1

Ingredients
1 slice of bread (6 slices)

A 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
A 1/2 tablespoon mirin (sweet cooking rice wine)
A 1/2 tbsp sugar

2 sausages
Pizza cheese, to taste
shredded dried laver

Preparation

1. Put A in a heatproof container and heat in a microwave oven at 600W for 1 minute.

2. Mix sausage sliced diagonally into (2).
Put (2) and pizza cheese on bread and bake in a toaster oven for about 6 minutes.

3. Enjoy!
