Tendli Ki Sabji

INGREDIENTS
• Tendli 250gm(cut in slices)
• Fresh coconut scraped ¼ cup
• Onion 1 medium chopped
• Turmeric powder 1 tsp.
• Red chilli powder 1 tsp.
• Cumin powder 1 tsp.
• Coriander powder 1 tsp.
• Mustard ½ tsp.
• Oil 1 tbsp
• Salt to taste

METHOD
• Heat oil in kadai add mustard seeds once its start to splutters add onion, sauté it till translucent.
• Now add chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin and coriander powder sauté it and mix well cook 2-3 min till species cooked .
• Then add Tendli slices on it add little water to cook.
• Now make a flame low and keep a lid. Let it cook for another few minutes.
• Once it done add Fresh scrape coconut sauté it and mix well cook 2min with closed lid.
• Off the gas and serve with chapatti or bhakri. Enjoy ….
