In a pot add ginger garlic paste, salt, vinegar, water and mix well. Add fish pieces soak them for 10-12 minutes. Pat dry them before margination.2. In another pot add salt, red chili flakes, carom seeds, cumin powder, black pepper powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, egg, cornflour, all-purpose flour, yellow food color and mix well.3. Add the fished pieces and marinate them well. Refrigerate for 2 hours.4. On a pan heat oil and add marinated fish, fry each side until fully cooked.5. Your spicy Tawa fry fish is ready.
