TASTY,EASY & QUICK TO MAKE TOMATO & PANEER SABZI # स्वादिष्ट, आसान, टमाटर, पनीर सबजी. | VAPURDA KITCHEN

India is the home not only of vegetarian cooking but also of the science of healthful living.
One should spiritualize your eating, normally eat at fixed times, eat in a pleasant atmosphere,combine food wisely, share food with others, eat moderately & try not to waste food.

Tomato & Paneer sabzi is a light meal in itself.
For variation, you can reduce or increase the quantity of paneer and tomato.

Ingredients:-
* 200 gms paneer (soak in hot water for 1/2 hr)
* 4 big size tomato roughly cut
* 2-3 Tbl spn oil (oil of ur choice)
* 1 Tbl spn cumin seeds
* 1-2 green chile roughly chopped
* 1 Tbl spn turmeric powder
* 1 Tbl spn red chile powder
* 1 Tbl spn cumin-coriander powder
* 1 Tbl spn salt ( as per taste)
*1/4 cup water

METHOD:-
* pour oil in a pan.
*once oil is hot add cumin seeds and green chili.
* then add chopped tomato and roast for min or 2.
* add all dry spices with salt and roast for another min.
* add 1/4 cup water and mix for half a min.
* add paneer cubes and mix gently without breaking the paneer.
*cover and cook on a medium flame for 5-6 min.
* after 5-6 min give one mix and transfer in the serving bowl.

SERVE WITH ROTI, PHULKA, PARATHA, JOWAR OR BAJRA ROTI OR RICE.
